The History of Library Monititor

	V1.00 (1 August 1996)
		- Initial Release as Library Manager (LibMan).


	V1.10 (11 August 1996)
		- LIST output changed: Address is now 8-Char (32 bit),
		  Priority is signed(+/-).
		- Basically the entire way that LISTing and FLUSHing
		  occurs had been altered.  Much safer, and hopefully
		  no more chashes on A4000's ;)  Look at the source,
		  if you like.
		- Changed minimum OS from 37 (2.04) to 36 (2.0)
		- Fully re-entrant i.e. "Resident Libman" works.


	V1.25 (4 Dev 1996)
		- Renamed Library Monitor (LibMon).
		- Completely rewritten, from stratch, in ANSI C with
		  Amiga extensions (ie no compiler-specific code).
		- Added multiple library names on the command line.
		- An extra LIST field - Open Count.
